Thank you for considering a donation to Habitat for Humanity Okaloosa County. Each gift you make helps a family in need of decent shelter. Habitat for Humanity Okaloosa County donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law and will be acknowledged with a letter you may use for those purposes. We take seriously our responsibility to contributors, to those counting on us to be wise stewards of funds entrusted to us.
We raise the majority of our funds locally from individuals, churches, civic groups and businesses. We invite you to take a look at the many different ways you are able to contribute to our mission.
Are you remodeling your home? We gladly accept donations of appliances, furniture, building materials, home décor, cabinets, lighting, hardware and more!
Habitat for Humanity Okaloosa County is a volunteer driven organization. We welcome people from all walks of life to join us as we build affordable, safe homes in partnership with families in need. Community volunteers play an essential role in our mission of eliminating substandard housing in Okaloosa County. Community volunteers can help in one or more of the following ways.
We are always looking for construction and ReStore volunteers. We build homes on Tuesdays and Saturdays year around. No skills are required to help! If you would like to learn about the construction process, and make a difference in Okaloosa County’s neighborhoods, please check our Events for upcoming volunteering opportunities. We also look for volunteers for our ReStore locations, prepare donations for display, pick-up donations and assist customers. Please check our volunteer positions for both the Crestview and Fort Walton Beach locations.
